Laura Davies

Laura Davies is an Associate Project Manager at CSQ, a leading project and cost management consultancy in the region. With more than six years’ experience in the Middle East construction sector, she has developed a strong track record delivering high-quality fit-out and development projects for leading regional and international clients. A Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), she holds a BSc in Business Management and an MSc in Real Estate Development.

Before moving to the UAE, Laura worked with a top International Consultancy in the United Kingdom, undertaking development feasibility studies and valuations across a range of commercial and residential assets. This analytical foundation informs her practical approach to project delivery, ensuring solutions remain commercially robust as well as operationally effective.

At CSQ, Laura leads projects from the outset, defining project strategy and procurement approaches that align with Client objectives. Her role covers feasibility analysis, consultant and contractor selection, risk management and managing the full delivery process through to successful handover. Laura is recognised for her ability to manage complex stakeholder needs and motivate diverse, multidisciplinary teams. She combines technical knowledge with strong project management skills, fostering collaboration between clients, consultants, and contractors while maintaining a focus on quality, timeline, and value. She approaches each assignment with a solutions-focused mindset, working with colleagues and clients to deliver projects that balance Client aspirations with practical and operational performance.
