Jincy is the Facade Engineering Leader at GHD Global in Dubai and a seasoned specialist with over 18 years of experience in the building construction industry.

Her experience across both contractor and consultant roles gives her a deep understanding of the challenges in facade design and construction enabling her to design and deliver high performance facades systems that combine efficiency, and aesthetics.

In her current role she has been pivotal in growing and shaping GHD’s facade team across the UAE and the Philippines, building a high-performing group of professionals who deliver complex, high-profile projects in the region and beyond.

Beyond her professional work, Jincy is passionate about mentoring and sharing knowledge, inspiring her team and the next generation of engineers to think sustainably and creatively.
