Sarah Saxon

Sarah Saxon, Chartered Fellow (CIPD) and Accredited Certified Coach (ICF)) is an award winning senior HR leader who specialises in HR strategy implementation, business transformation, manpower planning, Organisation Development (OD), change management, leadership development and executive coaching.

She is the founder and Director of Saxon Group, a multiservice HR consultancy that supports smaller construction companies who may not have the budget for HR Directors. Being a natural problem solver, Sarah is highly motivated by identifying barriers to transformation and delivering strategic project based solutions combined with programs that increase employee engagement, develop leaders and impact the bottom line. Sarah is also passionate about building and repairing strained relationships, transforming leader behaviour and mentoring the next generation of young leaders.
