Zoe Stanford is Associate Director — Business Development at KPS, a leading Dubai-based regional design and build group. With more than two decades of international experience across the property, design, and construction industries, Zoe has built a reputation as a dynamic leader in business development and client engagement. She has worked across four continents, forging trusted partnerships and driving strategic growth in diverse and competitive markets.

Her career has spanned senior roles in Australia, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. Prior to joining KPS, Zoe held business development and client relationship leadership positions at Compass Project Consulting and Buildcorp Group, where she spearheaded initiatives that expanded market presence, optimised complex bid processes, and introduced innovative client engagement strategies.

At KPS, Zoe focuses on strengthening long-term client relationships and guiding growth across both regional and global markets. She has played a key role in projects for leading hospitality, education, and healthcare clients, consistently bringing a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset that ensures value is delivered far beyond the project itself.

Zoe holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. She combines this academic foundation with hands-on international experience to help organisations navigate change, align stakeholders, and achieve sustainable success.
