Naomi Miles

Naomi Miles is Vice President of Human Resources, Middle East and Africa, at AtkinsRéalis. With a continuous commitment to excellence and innovation, she leads a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters integrity, loyalty and trust by empowering people to achieve their full potential.

Naomi joined the company in 2019 as HR Director. She was also the Middle East lead for the company’s global HR transformation programme and was instrumental in promoting the use of technology and self-service to streamline process.

Naomi has over 15 years’ experience as an HR professional in the Middle East in the construction industry, as well as hospitality and entertainment industries. She has a Master of Science in Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh, UK. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
