Shannon plays a key role within TBH’s People and Culture team, focusing on the international lens of the business. She oversees People and Culture operations across multiple regions, including Dubai, Riyadh, Singapore, and most recently, Malaysia. Her role involves working closely with Directors and senior leadership to ensure that teams across these locations are aligned with TBH’s global people strategy, while also being responsive to local employment practices, cultural expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Shannon’s work spans the entire People and Culture lifecycle, from strategic talent development and performance management, to driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and fostering a cohesive and engaging workplace culture. She plays a key role in identifying region-specific challenges and opportunities, and in designing people-focused solutions that support both individual growth and business objectives.
