Samantha Rowles

Samantha leads Serco’s mobility sector, overseeing transport (aviation, rail, and advisory) and emergency services, which comprises 3,000 people.

Samantha is also the Executive Sponsor for SercoInspire, an employee network that amplifies the voices of Serco’s successful and inspirational women while mentoring those early in their careers.

Samantha holds a B.A. (Honours) in Business from Nottingham Trent University and brings 14 years of regional experience. She has previously led teams at AECOM and Atkins, building a reputation for driving growth strategies across multiple sectors.
